Our Mexican Altura EP decaf coffee comes from the regions of Chiapas and Oaxaca, grown at an altitude of 900 to 1500 meters. The varieties include Bourbon, Caturra, Criollo, Mundo Novo, and Typica, grown on clay-rich mineral soils. The coffee is fully washed and sun-dried, as well as dried in mechanical dryers. The Royal Select water decaffeination method preserves the flavors by minimizing the loss of aromatic compounds.

How to brew: For espresso style, add up to 60ml of water, and for filter style use up to 200ml of water, for every 2g of instant coffee.
